All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do NOT store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details on our servers. Razorpay handles payment data under their own PCI-DSS-compliant security standards.

• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and support updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Venue owners — your name and booking details so they can confirm your visit.
• Payment processor — Razorpay, for transaction processing.
• Service providers — hosting (Supabase, Vercel), email (Resend), analytics — under strict data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement — if required by Indian law or a valid court order.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
