How do I book a venue?
Search for your sport and location, pick a venue, select an available slot, and pay securely online. You'll receive instant booking confirmation with a QR ticket.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — you can cancel up to 5 hours before your scheduled slot time for a full refund. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Wallet refunds are instant. Refunds to your original payment method (UPI, card) typically take 5–7 business days to process.
I want to list my venue. How do I sign up?
We'd love to have you! Venue owners can register on the platform and go through a simple onboarding process — upload photos, set pricing, and start accepting bookings. Reach out to us at support@khelokanpur.com for priority onboarding.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use Razorpay for all payment processing. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
What if the venue is closed or unavailable on game day?
If a venue cancels or is unavailable for a confirmed booking, you'll receive a full refund automatically. You can also raise a dispute from your booking details page.
